Overview of job

 
Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, world’s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are looking to hire a Sr. Director – Brand Partnerships to join us. In this role, you will be leading the alliance and partnerships narrative at Mindshare for a large cluster of brands for the largest FMCG organization in India. An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset capable of building an ecosystem for Mindshare working with teams across various functions like sales, marketing, and media. Deliver ‘first-of-its-kind’ B2B partnerships that drive incremental sales for brands across categories. Develop and deliver digital and off-line strategic partnerships to drive brand advocacy, awareness, and engagement at scale. Direct responsibility of campaign execution liaising with brand teams, internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders.

This role will directly report Principal Partner Invention

Responsibilities of the role / Measures of success –

 
In 3 months:
  • Manage existing deals in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Build relations with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution of existing deals.
  • Over-look day to day operations managed by Hamit Cheema – Manager Content+ for smoother turnaround.
 
In 6 months:
  • Create new age & industry first e-com led models at scale. 
  • Should be able to lead & manage all processes related to B2B alliances.
  • Look at creating multiple key accounts & new revenue-based partnerships.
In 12 months:
  • Build best practices for category.
  • Deliver new age B2B partnership solutions
  • Retain and develop team

     
What you will need:

 
  • You have a PG/ MBA degree, Marketing, Business Administration preferable. 
  • You have prior experience in a similar role. Minimum 7+ years of prior experience in alliance and partnership 
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills. 
  • You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders. 
  • You are passionate and have a quick learning mindset.
